Changes and Refound Policy

Changes and Cancellations:

  1. Changes to reservation dates are allowed without incurring a penalty, subject to availability.
  2. If there is a difference in the rental rate for the new dates, the customer will be responsible for paying the fare difference.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled rental start date will be eligible for a refund.
  2. A 95% refund of the total amount paid will be processed for cancellations made with a minimum of 10 days’ notice.
  3. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original reservation.
  4. Cancellations made within 10 days of the rental start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  2. Any applicable refund will exclude fees associated with non-refundable components, such as taxes and fees.

General Terms:

  1. The rental car company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  2. All refunds are subject to the policies and procedures outlined herein.
  3. Refunds will be calculated based on the total amount paid at the time of reservation.
  4. No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused rental days.
  5. Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or failure to provide proper documentation at the time of rental pickup.
